Hot Hot Hot!

Oh wow.

I'll tell you what. I had the best sleep of my life the night before last. It was the best sleep I've had since July. (How sad is that?)

The weather here is really nice. The palm trees are beautiful, and the beer is cold AND delicious.

Our room is on the top floor and our balcony overlooks the ocean and beach. Nobody could possibly believe how magnificent our view is, and I'm not a poet. Suffice to say, it would make a nice postcard.

We're off on a catamaran tomorrow, but for now, gotta run. The beach beckons. Hasta luego, amigos.

The Countdown is on.....

Well, here we are into January 21st already. Tomorrow is the big day where my wife and I scoot off into the sunny realm of the Dominican Republic.

I was, for the most part, able to get all the major things I needed to have done at work prior to my departure. Friday the 19th was officially the first day of my holidays.

Today, we head into the city and stay overnight at a hotel (After a delicious dinner at Red Lobster of course).

Sunday, reveille is at 0500 hours sharp. At the airport at 0545, check in and clear security by 0645, then the game is afoot.

I have brought along my official CFL football for my buddy and I to throw around on the beach, lotsa sunscreen, and a mindset to have a great time.

I think a good indicator of needing a holiday is finding it hard to leave work to do so.

Further bulletins as events warrant.

A Day Late and a Buck Short

Well, it looks like the Kingpins have decided to come out of the woodwork and attempt to do battle with all that oppose them.

Thanks to David Robison for pointing this out.

What I find particularly funny is that this "Internet" thing has been around for about 10 years, pointing out the fact that the Kingpins were not/have not been completely forthcoming as to the primary moneymaker in the Quixtar business.( The Motivational Tools Systems)

Jody V. says to Scott Larsen, "..reflects your horrendous lack of understanding of our business"

Anyone who has been to Larsen's site would get the impression that he knows exactly what he's talking about.

He won't make as much money as the tool Kingpins do by sharing this information either. So, I guess it comes down to who ya gonna trust? The people that are making money from your efforts, and have not been upfront about the tools business until they couldn't keep it a secret any longer?

Or someone who has exposed it free of charge, asking for nothing in return, other that thinking for yourself.

I will bet money that Jody Victor and Billy Florence wouldn't have the balls to open up their books and engage in a real live debate as to the merits of their business against someone as learned as Scott Larsen.

They will go off and brag to their brainwashed minions that they sure told him. Good for them. Maybe they should direct all their IBO's to his site, and ask them to keep an open mind about that, and make their own minds up about the content, instead of having their mind made up for them by their mentor.

I hope they haven't done this as a damage control measure. I believe information should be accurate if you post it on line. I also believe that Scott Larsen would pull off anything untrue.

Too bad this is the first untruth they've found. That alone speaks volumes.

A New Crown On The Way!!!

Looks like a new Crown Ambassador is on its way.

Looks like an interesting blog. I'll be sure to watch his progress. Very ballsy to start a blog and proclaim what could be considered unprecedented success. I look forward to following his journey.

I realize I've been absent lately. I have a ton of stuff to do before our trip, and I will be the first to admit I'm burning out.

11 days and counting until I see sun & surf in Punta Cana. I really can't wait.

I'll tell you what the best part of a Carribbean vacation is. When you get to the airport, check in and go through the security. Then, while you are waiting to board your plane, you sip a Tim Horton's coffee, and play Big Buck Hunter in the airport arcade.

All you have to worry about is getting on the plane and having a good time for a week. No phone messages, no pagers, no middle of the night phone calls, and absolutely no schedule to follow. Just get on the plane and enjoy the ride, stupid.

Why someone would put that off is beyond me. Delayed gratification my ass, do it now. You can't tell the future.

But, I would likely be considered a loser for saying that in some circles.

I guess I just don't get it..........or maybe I do.

Happy New Year!!!

Welcome to 2006.

I hope everybody had a great Christmas and were able to get together with family and friends and remember what's really important.

Some of us had to work over the holidays, and between work and family, the blogging suffered.

Lots to get in gear though, 3 weeks until we depart for sunshine and surf. We've already started packing, but I got lots of stuff to do at work before I leave.

I have a few posts on the backburner, so stay tuned!
