How Would They Know?

I've been having a few banters with Tony-Bot and blusdrmr at Standing Order Tape and Quixtar Sucks.

I have one open question to any IBO (or whomever else for that matter):

How would you know how much money your upline donates to charity?

If they talk about it so much to fire you up about reaching their level, then why wouldn't they show receipts? Or do you just believe what they say because they are so honorable? (Newsflash....Honorable people don't brag about how much they donate to charity)

Then you wouldn't look like such a jackhole when you make lame assed claims about how much you are going to donate to charity when you hit the jackpot in the Amway business.

For the record Tonywad, if you ever make a $10,000 donation to anything because you are successful in Quixtar, I will publicly acknowledge that I'm wrong about everything.

Too bad for you you'll have to prove it......'cause you won't be able to.....'cause it ain't gonna happen.

Seriously though, how would any downline Amsheep know anything about their upline hero's finances? I'll bet they have LESS than any sort of clue.

They obviously have no idea where kingpin money comes from in the first place. If they believe that it's through the movement of Quixtar products, the I have something for sale.

What Is Up With That?

I have noticed a few things about Amway/Quixtar IBO's.

If they are interested in prospecting you, they will tell you all kinds of things and be completely fascinated by you. Once you indicate you are not at all interested in their pie in the sky rinky dink outfit, they change.

You never see them anymore, and when you do, they tell you how successful they are becoming, how the business is exploding, and how they are working their way to Platinum, which will happen any day now.

At seminars, the people that weren't interested in building a Quixtar business are spoken about like they are something somebody dug out of their ear. Terms like, "broke loser, He just doesn't get it" are thrown hither and yon in a contemptuous way.

I find that the Quixtar "leaders" and IBO's speak of non-Quixtar people in a disrespectful and demeaning way. In fact, they get upset when people make fun of them.

Non IBO's are referred to as dream stealers, losers, broke, closed minded, weak, non acvhievers, etc...etc...etc... Could that be considered disrespectful? Abso-posi-lutely.

IBO's are referred to as Bots (a df creation I believe), sheep, schleps, brainwashed, etc...etc...etc...

My opinion is at least the arguments vary from one non-IBO to another. The Quixtar folks seem to recite from material directly when defending their business.

Non IBO's seem to "win" their point based on facts. I haven't really seen an IBO win a decent argument yet.

Tony-Bot allegedly has produced some sort of check from his upline. Good for him. I have a couple thoughts on that, since it seems to be the best effort shown by an Ambot yet.

1. The check is not Tony's. So why is that important to Tony? Does a General's check matter to a Corporal?

2. The circumstances under which the check was paid are unknown. I'm sure they will never be known. How much did the upline actaully keep? For what? I won't be putting too much stock in that unless I got to see the books. It's not a true indicater of profit. If you make $125,000 for 6 months work, but spent $115,000 to get it, is that so good? Not to me it's not.

3. How many people actually get a significant payout by their Quixtar involvement?

So how does an IBO prove they are profitable?

Better question, should they have to?

It's The Right Thing To Do

Today is Remembrance Day in Canada. I attended a service this morning.

Please make sure you take a couple of minutes out of your busy November 11th to remember the people who sacrificed everything in order that we enjoy our freedom.

The internet itself is an example of one of the things our veterans gave us. As long as it's not slanderous, you can state your opinions, and read the opinions of others.

You are free to agree or disagree.

But you are free.

Please don't forget why.

Have You Ever Had This?

Just when you thought you'd seen it all.

Has anyone out there ever had Turducken?

You can find out more by clicking here.

That is really neat. I'd like to try it.

What Is A Lie?

I've been watching with interest that a couple of websites have altered their content because of some finger pointing. I have a few questions about that topic.

What is a lie, really?

Is it a lie when you are trying to genuinely help someone?

Is lying ever justified?

Would most people consider Quixtar "leaders" to be liars, given the fact that most of their money is created by the system?

I realize that I've been negligent for posting lately. You wouldn't believe how crazy it's been at the job.

That's a choice, not an excuse.
