IBOFB and Accreditation

The more I read IBOFB at his blog, the more I walk away dumber than when I got there.

He has a post up today trying to convince people that accreditation is where it's at now, and is Amway's answer to "quality control" when it comes to how businesses are run by, as Tex lovingly refers to them, Lying Cowardly Kingpins.

I decided to go read up on what accreditation in the Amway world entails. The reason why the accreditation came to be was, "...to help ensure that all IBO professional development has a 100% positive influence on the development of IBO businesses". In my opinion, it's a bunch of rhetoric. You're, as always Reader, free to disagree.

I took a check around to see who is accredited, and found out that Larry Winters is accredited.

Wow, look no further than Larry Winters to see how an Amway Accredited function is run.

Run, don't walk all you hopeful Amwayers out there, and hitch your wagon to Larry the loser's shining star.

Great to see that Amway is really grabbing the bull by the horns on this issue.

Rocket - Yes, but that was Winters before accreditation! I want to see how he sounds and acts after accreditation!

O please...accreditation is a joke. We have all seen the guy at work pull together for a promotion and as soon as he got it, it's back to slacking off and business as usuall.

Couple os questions come to mind.

Is ibofightback's beloved network 21 accredited?

Will accreditation be something that is enforced? How will groups be held accountable?

Will it result in more IBOs succeeding??

I know the answers, but the questions had to be asked.

How do we know if an IBO/organization conducts Best Practices training?

We monitor the IBO’s/organization’s activities training.

3 When the company monitors an IBO’s/organization’s function, is it done secretly?

No. We advise them before the event that we’ll be in attendance.

Nuff said.

ibofightback begging for donations? Maybe the residual income is slow this month? :)

I've found some further software that should help with that site. It's going to cost a whopping £29.95. If you can spare a few dimes, throw some in the bucket using the link below.

I'd really like to believe that accreditation is a genuine attempt to clean up the mess. Unfortunately, I have a hard time believing that. In Jody Victor's TeamMMP, we were all taught to never use the "Q" word and to ridicule the "A" word. "We were in TeamMMP". All Quixtar was to us was an OCS (order consolidation site). We were actually taught that Jody "tricked the DeVos and VanAndel families into buying the OCS so Jody wouldn't have to put up with the logistical headaches. But Jody was the actual architect of the whole project".

Our plans never used the word Quixtar. We were showing the TeamMMP business.

What was said on stage when someone from the company was in town and what was actually going on in many cases were drastically different.

We were taught to deflect any problems to any other group except TeamMMP by using phrases like "That is them, this is us" "That was then, this is now".

Considering Jody Victor and TeamMMP are accredited, I have a hard time believing the process is genuine.
