He's trying to explain away why people quit Amway. The usual.

Looks like David is growing up into a big boy now..
Simple. People are told shortcut to wealth. Smash your alarm clock. Walk the beaches. Save money. When they realize it doesn't happen as advertised, they quit. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
